The word psychic comes from the Greek word psyche, which means "soul," "mind," or "spirit." A more modern definition of psychic is someone who has heightened intuitive abilities to access information, perceptions, or energies that go beyond the normal sensory experiences most people rely on (seeing, hearing, feeling, knowing).
Energy healing refers to someone who uses their psychic abilities to help them sense emotional or physical blockages, past traumas, or areas of disharmony in a person’s energy field.
Mediumship is the ability to communicate with decreased loved ones, spirit guides, ancestral lines, or other non-physical entities to convey messages that provide healing, closure, and guidance to the living. The role of a medium is to act as a channel or messenger, relaying information from the spirit realm to the living.

During the session, the psychic healer uses their intuitive or psychic abilities to tune into your energy field, identify blockages, imbalances, or negative energy, and work to release or transform them. The aim is to raise awareness of energy blockages and imbalances, clear or balance the energy, receiving guidance, messages, and insights to promote alignment on all levels.

I recommend having a quiet and free of distractions setting to have our session, in a comfortable sitting or lying down position. I may ask you to sit with your feet on the ground if I am noticing this would help the healing. Along with this, having water or something hydrating, paper and pen, or other art materials nearby to take notes if you’d like. Having a clear intention or question in mind you’d like a spiritual answer to is also helpful, but not necessary.
-
During the session, you may feel relaxed, warm, or a sensation of tingling energy moving through your body. Some people experience emotional release, such as crying or a deep sense of peace. Others may feel a burst of energy or clarity after the session. The experience varies from person to person.
-
Healing energy can continue to work after the session is over. You may feel a sense of emotional or physical relief, or you may notice that certain patterns or challenges begin to shift. It's common to experience deep relaxation, improved mood, or clarity of mind in the days following the session.

At this time I am offering virtual sessions and in person sessions in Minneapolis, MN. Distance readings refer to sessions where the reading is done without being virtually or physically present with each other and you will be provided a recording. Virtual vs in person vs distance does not impact the quality of the information coming through.
